R&B singer and actor Trevor Jackson has released the official music video for his new track, “Heads Up.”
Directed by Zev York and Jackson himself, the video features an appearance by rapper KaMillion as Jackson’s love interest and pays homage to Usher’s “You Make Me Wanna…” video, complete with Jackson performing in front of a purple background and neon lights.
In an interview with VIBE, Jackson revealed that the inspiration behind the song are those situations many people find themselves in when trying to date while having a lot of other obligations going on.
